Features explain. Outcomes persuade.

By Nidhi Arora · Updated · 4 min read

Short answer

Lead with the outcome, qualify who it is for, show the mechanism, then prove it. Features belong after relevance is established, not before.

The pattern

Feature lists answer 'what is it'. Buyers arrive asking 'is this relevant to me, is it better, and can I trust it'. A page answering only the first question relies on the reader to translate.

A practical structure

Outcome, audience, mechanism, proof, then detail. That order survives across service and product pages alike.

FAQs

Do features still matter?

Yes — for buyers already in evaluation. They just should not open the page.
